Nine Story high-rise  building offering deeded boat slips on the Spanish River and a private deeded beach access with showers, grills, picnic tables and beach cabana.   The large and spacious units at Aquamarine all have south facing balconies with southeastern exposure and most have big views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. 

Five story parking garage located on the New River and SE 3rd avenue in down town Fort Lauderdale. Difficult build site with limited access and congested downtown location. 

Largest single ship passenger cruise ship terminal in the world at +135,000 square feet. Remodeled the existing terminal and added 80,000sf two story addition and passenger bridge over the roadway to the parking garage. 

Gate Gourmet Airline Catering Facility at Miami International Airport, 55,000sf facility with hot and cold food prep services, bulk storage and loading facilities for airline catering trucks.
